Hi there,
In January 2010 I saw your ad in The New Yorker and ordered a cashmere watchcap in modern green (web order #22781). I have since worn my hat every day in the fall, winter and early spring, sad to put it away when the weather is too warm in Portland. I LOVE my hat and am very picky about winter hats.
Recently I was diagnosed with breast cancerand when I was facing the possibility of chemo (which I laterdeclined), I felt the tiniest bit better knowing I would have mygolightly hat to keep my bald head warm. I'm almost through withsurgeries and looking forward to a healthy 2017 with plenty of hair andzero surgeries.
About3 weeks ago I misplaced my hat. I am not typically someone whomisplaces things so I figured it would be in one of a few spots. Ilooked. And looked. And looked again. I can not find it anywhere. I amin a panic thinking about facing a winter without it. And with all thecosts incurred from surgeries and cancer treatments I can not afford another.
I'mwriting to ask if you ever have seconds or returns that you would bewilling to pass on. I would take any color, any beanie style (size M/L).In case you have an abundance of such hats, if I had to do it again Ithink I'd actually get the performance hat because I think I prefer nocuff. But again, any one will do.
I'veattached some photos of me and my hat through the years. My favoriteone is from February 2016 in Tuscany, where my gelato matched my hat.
Love,
Andrea
