Hi Sonia,

I was sad to miss our appointment earlier this week. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on Friday and am looking at some rough times ahead, both physically and financially.

I called today to ask for a refund on the eye gel that I purchased during the most recent sale and the woman I spoke to said you can offer me a store credit.

I am hopeful that I will need minimal surgery and chemo and that I will be able to come in again but for now, I am really hoping you will reconsider and offer me a refund for 78.20.
