Hi Aimee,

Guess what?

I just came back from a 3 hour doctor appointment that has resulted in this diagnosis: "We are 90% certain you have breast cancer."

Monday I go in for a bilateral needle biopsy. I'm telling you this since I'm pretty sure I'll see you tonight at Jamin's party and I'm not good at hiding things from you. This is a compliment. I don't want to be the worst party guest ever, but also, I'm not dying today and it is Jamin's party so I'm going.

I've told Christopher, Jamin, my sister Stacey, Sam and you. I might wait for test results before telling anyone else. But I also might get up on stage tonight and do a Tig Notaro type of announcement. Complete with the removal of my shirt.
